Dave Says:

New Foundland
Four holes completed. Drill crew took the past
weekend off due to Holiday. The geologist say
that it looks like their theory of a sed-ex
deposit is proving out so far. Just a matter
of hitting or finding the "sweet spot". They
think that they are on the outskirts of the
sed-ex deposit which is very big. They are
drilling 100's of meters apart and encountering
mineralization. They will continue drilling
Wednesday or Thursday.

Mexico:

Lyn flying to Mexico and will be bring back
samples to assay by an independant Lab. Internal
assays showed between 1 to 3 oz./ton. So far
internal assays have been very close to
independant assays. The new start up date is
July 7th, hopefully this year. We'll just have
to wait and see, we've heard this before.
The new vein is 8ft wide. "With what we know
about the length and width of this new vein
....we can get about $20 million".

We'll just have to wait and see ......
