By the way, regarding the INCE/ITCO closing date, it appears as we get further along, that July 15th (Tuesday) is looking more and more likely to be the chosen date.

For anyone wondering what I'm thinking about re: buying more shares for myself, I'm leaning towards July 10-11th as the day I may pull the trigger. I suspect the Series C conversions will keep a lid on the price until then, and I'd like to take advantage of the ITCO distribution of common stock and warrants. I'm not going to try and time the absolute bottom. $0.30 - $0.40/share (or whatever the price may be just before the INCE/ITCO deal closes) will be close enough to the bottom for me.

And then...we really begin to wait it out.....
