"Bullying" implies some sort of force or intimidation. I understood this to be the thrust of your argument. The U.S. has been blamed for the woes of any number of countries with the bullying into certain actions being the blame. But the fact is, that most of those countries make a choice up front to do business with the U.S. and that involves the business equivalent of "terms and conditions". In the case of Cuba, we are simply saying "the terms and conditions are unacceptable". Refusing to do business with someone is not the same as using force. That is what I am taking issue with.
