Kblaine, Bruce and All:

Kblaine, you know I have no intention to stop you to sue Etrade. By all means, you should confront them in the court if they delayed 10 days to send out reports to you.

I myself is also a frustrated customer of Etrade. I had been caught
in the IDID and CAWS issues. Fortunately, I got both resolved to my
satisfactions. Believe me, this was not a easy job, I had to keep on
calling them and sending emails to them and I had to repeat the same
story to different people. My final impression is that the top management team is good and generous in paying out my loss. I consider this very important.

Recently, I was caught in the similar situations with Ceres (read my posts #18 & #19 to techstocks.com. Ceres is much mean in compensating me even I first discovered a bug in their systems.

By the way, Etrade's system got improved dramatically. The weeks, I have no problems accessing the system even during peek hours (of course, I always log on before market open and keep logging on for the whole day). Today, I modified an previously placed order and went to Read Mails. I was suprised to see that I received the confirmation of cancellation and execution.
