Yes I think we are getting MM changing positions for the year end & starting the new year out for a run-up in some stocks.

I noticed today on a RDBL that I own it traded 91,000 shares and it rarely trades. RDBL has also been moving up on every BID that has been taken. BID now .075 so if it wants to go up to .15 that will be fine by me.

What I think is going on with some of these otcbb penny stocks is that the MM's want to cover SHORTS before the new year. January is coming and penny stock some times go up 100% to 1000% at this time of year. The MM's don't want to be left holding a SHORT while another MM or MM's wants to run them up. So if a stock has 2 million shares in the float & the MM's are SHORT 6 million shares then watch out because blood will be on the streets on the SHORT MM's because the other mms will be looking to cover first. Some say they can't do that but others know they do & will SHORT more then what is in the float.
