MSS looks like it is about to make a C&H breakout at the 8.50 area and move to 10.50 area. Not a high volume stock but the chart looks good. Every ANALyst and his mother downgraded them in last few months. float is 9.5M and outstanding is 11.5m with a PE of 8.3. The daily average volume is 152K. Any thoughts?
