Because AMD is already in red ink, and those $30M will not add much to the fact, [$69M - $38 proceeds]: edgar-online.com see Page 12, etc. In contrast, Intel's propaganda maintains that they are a profitable company, while in fact Intel has lost money during last several quarters when the $1B/Q buy-backs are taken into account. There is a big difference, when profitable turns into non-profitable, and this is the only reason for this discussion.
