E. Charter did it again ! Mr. Charter, I told that you that you are a mirror of a French Canadian fanatic. In Québec, many persons blamed our high rate of jobless versus the one of Ontario by the fact that the Federal government had favored the implantation of the auto industry in this Province. On the other hand, not many persons understand that many Québec based Corporation (like IPL Plastics, TSE-IPI.A) benefit from contracts from the auto industry. It is always easy to blame the others for our misfortune. You know my family has a position in BBD.A, but equally in Avcorp TSE - AVP), a corporation based in B.C. Have a good day. Gilbert
