You have more 'intestinal fortitude' than I, not that I haven't considered that strategy. It may be a good deal IF ITCO has a future and TN doesn't throw any more curve balls for awhile, IF we get a firm date for the distribution, and IF INCE can move upwards from here. Those are big ifs. I am thinking out loud here. With a whole lot of shares now outstanding in INCE, what is the likelihood of a reverse split of INCE? If that happens, things could get real ugly. I'm not saying it will happen, and I haven't heard of any such proposal, just that this company has too many shares outstanding for where it is development-wise. I think you would want to get Mr. Metzinger's comments on the likelihood of such an event before investing any new funds in thess companies. As far as EDVC shares, they will participate in the spin-off of ITCO shares, but not certain yet when the ITCO shares will be distributed to EDVC stockholders. I have been 'lobbying' Cristy to propose that EDVC stockholders be given all of their shares in August rather than waiting for the next 2 years since the original purpose of the delay is moot at this point. Few purchased EDVC shares below .40, so why should the company fear the distribution? At these prices, I don't think those shares will hurt the market. People will be buying larger lots anyway.
