Les, You can tell we are at a leveraged financial precipice when we have to worry about driving foreign deposits out of our banks. I also found it funny that Hong Kong would be considered a "safe" refuge for bank accounts. Don't get me wrong. I have often played Hong Kong and will in the future. But safe is not a word I'd use for a place run by the Chinese Army.
