Phil, The listing requirements are a lot stiffer than those required to maintain a listing.
Since mining companies go waaay and and down if the TSE struck off every mining company in a down phase they would probably soon get rid of many of their junior mining companies.
I believe that they wish to keep a good mixture and will permit a mining or exploration company some latitude in maintaining their listing for quite a while as long as the file properly and keep some cash on hand.
for example, look a ME and SAS on the TSE, worth a whole lot less, and still there.
So PFG is safe for a few years, at least.
