David Give the Straight Story. Did OCTL release the upgrade? Some of the reports from them suggest they did. The stock is acting like something is going well. It has been very stable in down trends and seems to move as someone gains more confidence. Clearly you are not a supporter of the techical innovative drive. Is it possible that they provide products that meet the needs of new markets in the less developed countries where they seem to have the confidence of Some Governments. This is a honest question. AS I posted before I don't care if they are the best technilogically I am just concerned in a good investment. This one has been great for me so far
