mattie,

CFLO does not look like a cup and handle to me. Depending on where you draw your cup, the run up from September is too dramatic to be classified as a cup and handle. If your handle duration is through the Oct, Nov, Dec period, it is too long to qualify for a handle. Remember patterns are not my area of interest though.

It is on the verge of being overbought, but is basing nicely this week above resistance and looks to have a shot at $3.00.

I like the fact insider bought in Sept in the $1.30 area with no sales to date.

I don't like the fact that they have only $61 mil in cash with a burn rate of $19 mil a Q though. If the turn around does not appear in the 2H 2002 as I expect, they will have a liquidity problem.
