Definitely - the herd likes rules. But we should wait for Iceberg's counsel. He is recuperating from a visit to San Francisco, so we may
have to wait until he posts again.
The proposed thread, on the other hand, may not be a good idea if
it only attracts people who want to meet members of the herd. Sort of
like an audience at a concert when the orchestra doesn't show up.<tic>
