Steve, I appreciate your scepticism, I'm a 'glass half empty' trader myself -- especially towards those two stocks.
However, I generally let the market dictate to me what is in fashion and have been impressed by their strength in recent months.

Ford is intriguing, I was recently taken out of it due to weakness -- 8% loss sell rule -- but do like the change of mgmt. Do you think it's making a double bottom here, or poising for new lows. The 3 biggest negatives that I've experienced with auto stocks are as follows:

2.A
3.W
It's as though their strongest competitor is within the company itself. Having said that, F sure does still look like a good risk @15 3/4ish, although a little awkward for option pricing.
