"'The food was wonderful but I probably won't do as much next year. I prepared two huge pots of bouillabaisse that contained 15lbs. of clams, 8 lbs. of mussels, 11 crab, 4 swordfish steaks cut into bite size pieces, 5lbs of calamari tubes, 2lbs of scallops and 6 lbs of large shrimp, 10 heads of garlic, 8 bunches of green onions and and a stalk of celery along with fresh rosemary and oregano from my garden.......................I am truly exhausted. Along with the appetizers, salad, bread , dessert and all the ambiance that I designed." How many folks came for your dinner? The bouillabaisse must have been very good sooo good that next year all of us here will want to eat Christmas eve dinner with you! (LOL) Best Wishes!!
