Does anyone have the symbol of Blackrun Ventures? EVR seems to be trading at $1.01. So NCS gets $350,000 (at today's close for EVR) plus whatever 150,000 sh. of Blackrun Ven. is worth. NCS has 4.7 million sh. fully diluted. ANyone know how much cash they have now? I'm trying to figure out the cash and securities value of NCS per share, not counting the value of their properties.
