Isn't it more likely that the street is concerned with Wenninger leaving
and also that the Hiller group is exercising it's ~$4 options ? (my guess) Never mind KTCC has already warned about this quarter.

I am very much interested in clues as to criminal activity and would like
to understand your post..., but the post is all about an x-hiller group/x-
keytronic person..., Did you mean to be this vague or is there something
you'd like to add to your post to clarify the connection to ktcc ?
