Don't the quarter reports come out in July?
I think the stocks are being beaten right now because people are waiting to see if Fed will hike interest rates.
I do think however that people shouldn't be so concerned about interest rates and be more concern about the company's potential.
Something tells me the Wall Street really doesn't know what's going on. The reason. Ok, havne't you noticed company gets moved up and down on the ratings every quarter.
1 quarter wall street is giving a company the buy when it meets its earnings. When it doesn't, it gives it a boot.
Let's face it. You can't meet earnings every time. Take intel for instance, a great company. Doesn't meet earnings. Wall Street gives it a boot. and plummes the stock. I mean, even great company doesn't have to do well every quarter. Look for instance Western Digital. I just look at the earnings estimates. They want Western Digital to make 186% earnings increase from last year. Imagine that. 186%. Is that asking a little too much or what. And if it doesn't meet earnings estimates they give it the boot. Even if it made 50% increase I think that's excellent with a p/e of only 14. Don't yhou think? with no debt. Anyways, I think there is a lot of people with too much money and probably have of them don't even know what they are investing in. Just what they see on T.V.
