I just spoke to a friend who asked me why Rebecca sold 1.15 million shares on November 17?? He has confirmed on Bloomberg's insider trading that she disposed of them at $3.55. Her remaining shareholding is now 180,000 shares.

I don't remember that many number of shares trading around that time period.

This seems strange because November 17 is a Saturday, and how can she sell them and the shares not cross through the markets?

I'm trying to find out more.
