What an absolutely idiotic suggestion. I just saw the head of the dem party (Terry McCaulif)sp? say that tax breaks to corps does not creat jobs, but giving money to people who DO NOT pay taxes does. The reason I think most dems (politician) are liars is that there is no way a sane person can show that a poor person buying groceries CREATES jobs. You can buy votes that way though.

Use your brain instead of your emotions when you make such pronouncements. The dem party thinks they know how to spend others money more wisely than the people who made it. They also have an open contempt for these people. Arrogance at its best. And look what it has gotten us. You should be ashamed of your city. As Giuliani said yesterday (and I have said many times), letting people live on the streets is not compassion. In SF they not only do that, but they let them SHOOT HEROIN in other's people cars without ARRESTING THEM. ANd steal, and panhandle, etc. It is basically legal to do hard drugs on the city streets with NO PROTECTION for honest people who would like to enjoy the place.

What a CROCK. Our founding fathers wanted to create a government that would PROTECT US so we could enjoy "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness". Not to tax one group and give it to another. Kenneth has just shown where the real dem position is. Get it from the other guy. I gaurantee that is not what our forefathers wanted.
