Good answear. I have seen a lot of 6% being payed this year with no stock. I seen these guys do 7% plus stock! Not such a good deal! This is what the just wrote with CNB! Poor Haywood Securities Inc. will act as agent for the financing and be paid a commission of 7.5 per cent of gross proceeds from the sale of the shares and units and receive broker warrants equal to 10 per cent of the total number of shares and units sold.
