two LARGE mountain oysters (i hope youall know what i mean), quartered, finely ground cartlege combined with lard and ramps roll all in cornmeal and fry up with a mess o'carp, catfish, and eels. now boys......if'an ya' ain't et it yet....try some.... i think we cover all the major food groups when you wash it down with a busch beer.... wheewee....now thats GUD EATS. enjoy!!
