ADVP CAUTION - Bad news may mean good opportunity. This explains the relative weakness in the stock the last 2 days. There is usually a reason for everything. If this stock pulls back on a mini-panic to 25-27, this would be a golden opportunity to take at least a 1/2 position, imo. Smart traders take advantage of overreactions if they occur; however I want to know more about the seriousness of this before I get to trigger-happy. 17:25 ET AdvancePCS (ADVP) 30.05 +0.15: A purported class action suit was filed in U.S. District Court in Arizona against company earlier this month. Suit alleges ADVP breached duties under Employee Retirement Security Act, according to 8K filing.
