A tabular listing of First Call earnings estimates taken
periodically(usually 1 week increments, but not always)
since last July is shown below. This year and next year
columns are shown along with a sum of the 2 columns. The
result is a trend that gives some insight into what has
been happening over the past many months. Presently the
data shows that the estimates are "bouncing along the
bottom" during the past 2 to 3 months. How long this
bottoming process continues is unknown, but the "curve(s)"
will be looked at closely for a clear upturn in direction.
