OT: Bought the new car in October. Now the new Dell Inspiron has Windows XP. I am not a big fan just yet. For one thing I tried to load a DSL connection tonight and the 3Com modem and drivers are not compatible. Fortunately I had my old Dell with 98 on it and that works but obviously I need to get myself up to speed on the new laptop. I need a few points upward on AMAT to make all this struggling feel worthwhile. Anyway the whole XP experience is a nightmare in beautiful fonts. I guess I'll have to do what my brother-in-law the programmer always says and RTFM! Read the F%#!ing Manual. Arrrrg! RtS
