Gary I'm in over my head in being an analyst but i do have an account with Merrill Lynch to get their research. I use charts from my AIQ service for my trading. They downgraded MIR on 12/20 to a 3-2-9 because of Moody downgrading their debt 2 notches and reduced their earnings projection from 16% to 10% for 02. They reiterated their 1-1-7 rating on WMB on 12/27. AES is also a 3-2-9 which is neutral. CPN and DYN are also rated 1-1-7 Strong buys. My thoughts were AES and WMB were good trades because they were sold down hard due to the problems in the industry and lots of tax selling by institutions here at year end which created a buying opportunity for a trade into January. Thanks for your thoughts on RADA and your response.
