Hi Dowjoe, you asked: "why is there such enthusiasm for this company ?"

My enthusiasm for OCCF was strictly based on valuation.

A company that has $1/share in revenues and .10/share in earnings should be trading around $3, IMO.

Of course, due to several factors, the price to earnings argument isn't as strong as it used to be. Even without this and that, OCCF lost .05/share during their Aug2001 - Oct2001 quarter. The price to sales argument has weakened too. Maybe now it is a $50M per year company.

If the last quarter was the trough in sales and OCCF does something simple to cut $1M in cost of sales (like lay off 12 people), then we are looking at company that will be break even or slightly profitable next quarter.

I think I started the last sentence with the word "If", lol.

Anyway -- who knows what this stock will do. My guess is that it will dive on Monday -- maybe even down to 1.30 - 1.40 on 5M+ shares. IMO, if it does this, there could be a good opportunity to flip shares from the 1.30s to the 1.40s.

Might also be a good accumulation opportunity too for a January effect play or longer term hold.

Just my thoughts,
Chris
