Hi RK, what are my expectations of OCCF's stock price you ask .....

Ummmmmm ....... lower than my expectations were for OCCF on Thursday, that's for sure !

I would like to hear some forward guidance from the company. They are 2 months into their next quarter already so they should have some idea how they are doing.

One thing's for sure, they knew their financial situation but sat on it so that they wouldn't put a damper on demand for the shares being liquidated by the institutions. They should have announced their earnings 2 weeks ago, but didn't. Maybe the institutions (including AG Edwards) asked OCCF not to announce their financial results until they could all finish selling. So maybe all the shares have been sold after all.

I'm looking at OCCF's 10-Q from Mar 2001, for the quarter ending Jan 2001. OCCF had revenues of $17M, cost of goods of $9M, and G&A of $4M for an operating profit of $4M.

So it appears that OCCF only needs to sell $14M of stuff to break even. If they cut costs by $1M, which should be no problem for them, they only need to sell $13M. They managed to achieve $12M in sales during a quarter where they lost 2 - 3 weeks of business due to the Sept 11 attacks. So I'd like to think they will be able to achieve higher sales this quarter.

So it would be great to be able to find out if they think they expect to have sales greater than or equal to $13M - $14M during this quarter.

Hope that helps,
Chris
