<Can one imagine if hispanic Americans suddenly decided to secede and join Mexico?? Or if Mexico was attempting to subvert local politics in an attempt to create such a secessionist movement? If New Mexico freedom fighters were blowing up the White House and Wall Street to help in obtaining freedom for New Mexico. No wonder there are Irish jokes. How do you get a one-armed IRA terrorist down from a flag pole? .... Wave to him! I wonder whether American contributions to the IRA murder of people in Omagh, tourists and others have gone up or down since the World Trade Center attack. I wonder if the FBI has arrested those who have contributed or offered other support now that support of terrorism is illegal. Yes, you [few] IRA adherents who are reading this... by your support of the IRA, you have caused a greater acceptance of terrorism as a political tool and by making terrorism an acceptable idea among "freedom fighters" you have contributed to the idea of blowing up civilians. Osama would have been encouraged to some extent. Maybe your little impetus to violence tipped the balance and made the WTC attack happen. An irony would be if IRA supporters were killed in the WTC attack. There must have been a few. Good riddance. Mqurice
