Super Forecast, period! What can I say.

The evidence continues to pile up that supports the importance of this abrupt and major shift to cold temps.

Roebear, though I know you're well acquainted with the concepts below, wanted to paste up this interesting post from Yahoo, for the thread.

<The first requirement for a cold winter is a snow pack across all of Canada. We have
it!

On grass, the sun's energy is absorbed as heat by as much as 90%. Even the coldest
air can rapidly modify by open ground. However, a snow pack of at least 6 inches
will only absorb less than 10% of the sun's energy in the form of heat.

Given that Canada is almost completely under a heavy snow pack, we can expect
whatever cold air the North Pole sends down to us, to arrive as artic air. Also the
snowpack tends to push the jet stream down further, hence it should be a cold
January & February. Or at least the potential is there.

If Canada's snowpack were open, than we would have a milder than normal winter.

If you buy gas stocks based on weather, then I'd be buying!.>

Couldn't agree more. And IT AIN'T TOO LATE folks !!!

Let's all make a ton of dough on this run. Long & strong, buy those dips and trade around core positions!

Tally ho!<g>
