first half of jan 2001 naz up 24% - we had a surprise 0.5% rate cut, the first of the 11 rate cuts greenie sent us. and we did not hear bad news until csco could not lie any more and missed earnings on feb 6th (it lied in a conference presentation on jan 10 or 11 i forgot)

2002, what catalyst can duplicate that, with naz already up 39% from 9/11 low ?
