I really like the concept of QQQ. It looks like a great way to concentrate on timing and neutralize the need to focus on specific company fundamentals. For my daughter, whom I am encouraging to learn about investing I'm helping her with a Roth IRA. She's been out of the market in cash for several months now. I'm thinking with this seasons cash in-flux, she should be moving out of cash and back into Q. Q's been bouncing around 40 for so long it seems like its stuck there. Last summer's low looks great in hindsight but you can't really play the market looking backwards. I'm thinking Q has fairly limited downside at this point and even if it drops 3 or 4 bucks, that will only be a transitory situation as it will set up a fairly large reverse head and shoulders pattern suggesting a excellent future pending. Any criticism to this thinking ?
