The subpoena has been issued in the case of Richard Marchese v. Gary Dobry, Case No. 00 C 5606, pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. The subpoena was issued by the attorney for defendant, Tobin M. Richter, 53 West Jackson Boulevard, Suite 560, Chicago, Illinois 60604, (312) 692-0500.
We intend to comply with the subpoena by January 15, 2002, unless, before that date, we receive notice that you have filed a motion to quash the subpoena in the appropriate court.
