Thor,
You are right on the announcements. None of the managements of any of these companies have ever learned yet that they can't be successful by hiding what is happening with the companies from the shareholders, Stocks go up because shareholders buy and go down because shareholders sell, and they can't expect to have the shareholders to do any buying when they don't know what is happening. We need to know the good along with the bad, and also if they are doing nothing , then we need to know that also.
