V1, Let's see what the conference call tomorrow morning brings. Assuming nothing much in the way of new information, I'd likely be a buyer in the mid-30s. I have to believe we are not dealing with another Bexxar here. BMY saw the data not that long ago, and so I doubt it can be in terrible shape. The pharmas may not have pipeline, but they sure have regulatory guys, and I can't believe BMY would shell out as much as they did unless the data was already there. My (optimistic) hope is that they simply didn't dot some I's and the FDA is just being bloody minded. The FDA needs a Commissioner! A full year without any nomination is just ridiculous. Peter P.S. I mistakenly gave Eisenger (the old TSC reporter) the compliment for reporting this whole IMCL story instead of Feuerstein. Thanks to Tom for pointing this out to me.
