up until a few years ago you had to pay about 2Gs to get the latest greatest -- that slumped in 98 to about 1G -- I expect this year sometime we'll see it slump again to 500 or 400 bucks. I don't understand now how they sell these sytstems now for $800 or $900 -- you can get a motherboard for an existing PC for 250 or less that will upgrade you to the best of the best
