OK. He and they were lying. Hardly the first time a Prexy has lied about his budget.

You did get something for it, though. His spending bankrupted the USSR. Ad Slick could not have got his hyperbubble if he'd had to pay for a conyinuing Cold War.

Re the dodge: Look, I'm not the one who wrote the 200-page post. It did take me 200 pages to answer it, though. Hardly surprising?
