I am sure we can build one with Bush as well or any other President if you are so inclined to want to tie every spurious incident and demise of an official to dirty deeds by the HATED ONE. This Clinton stuff I find utterly amusing, because his administration ruled over such prosperous times the opposition can't find anything better to do than throw mud, especially since their guy hasn't had anything good happen in his one year rule. Maybe if the economy perks up they will get their minds out of the toilet
