Seems to me gamming stks have already made their run..same with defense.
The real defence will be new technology..Companies are setting up the back drop for a recovery. Technology is the future no matter how you look at it. We will learn to go on w/o living in terror.Once the inventory is all gone the the buying will begin. The mkt knows this and that's why chip related stks are always the first to move and they will be a big part of boosting the recovery process.I think that's why the nasdaq has started it's 1st wave up. I 'm not so sure that we will se much-many dips from here.Strong hands stepped in after Sept 11th and everywhere I turn ..I hear the 11 fed cuts will kick start the new economy.Layoffs are clearing out the fat and most find new jobs soon and the spending keeps going. Not many will sit on their ass..most will get a new job and pay the bills.The mkt looks forward as the bad news is priced in...now recovery is being priced in. If we start getting better profit guidence the the nasdaq will see 2800..I believe that.Hell I luv the dips but I think that's just about over and we go higher. We had 2 great buying opps this yr and the smart money bot it..now they take it up...maybe a little sideways trading but that's good.They take 7 % out of ck every payday and then my company adds to that..immagine how many people do that<401K<. All the news I hear say theres a couple trillion on the sidelines.I am not scared to take a risk for reward..so for it's working...I also don't mind sitting still.
