Hi Don Lloyd; Re the pyramids as cast concrete... There's a whole bunch of engineers who are very convinced that this is the case. I read the book myself, and found it very convincing. But I think he overstates his case. There are some blocks that are clearly cut stone. And he really doesn't have an explanation for why there are such beautiful cut marks in the pyramids between blocks. These happen when two blocks were cut between and then one was pushed up against the other. This leaves a cut mark in the stone below the joint. Very recognizable, but I've only seen them on the casing (fine limestone) blocks, and not on the majority of the blocks, that make up most of the interior.
