Dear Jeb: That kind of NUCLEAR talk is the HEIGHT of irresponsability. Thats why these 3rd World nations have no business possessing Nuclear Power. They dont have the mental power to understand its implications. The whole Indian Subcontinent could be turned into a Nuclear waste zone. India doesnt NEED a nuclear bomb, they got nearly a BILLION people, if they want to fight, grab a rifle and learn how to fight like a man. JDN
