Yes, I'd still be a buyer in the mid-30's. I think they have an approvable drug, and I'd take the risk that the FDA might want more trials or that a new IRC could come to different conclusions than the old IRC (which according to the company were concordant with the conclusions of the site investigators and the company themselves).

I don't "do" charts and so would be happy to take advantage of any weakness caused by the views of chartists. <g>
