I can't wait until Jan 15. I'm so tired of this "no visibility" garbage. Refusing to comment on receivables on Dec 7...it all stinks. Tell the truth. Give some reasonable guidance. Admit there is no real upgrade cycle going on now and there won't likely be next year. Admit that the earnings of 1999 and 2000 were bubble earnings. Padded with gains from investment and other accounting games. Now the gap between real actual numbers and proforma has risen to 80%. Will we hit 100% this quarter with a big fat charge? Billions and Billions of shares held by dreamers with no understanding of value. INTC is a single digit stock! Charts rolling over and breaking the uptrend line is just another reasons to sell or short this pig.

1. TA says sell.
2. Fundamentals are terrible.
3. Current valuation more extreme then any time in the last decade.
4. Price war with AMD
5. Consumer debt load combined with negative savings rate will slow consumer spending in 2002.
6. Rate cuts are about done. Fed's hands are tied. No more "don't fight the fed" garbage. Fed will be knocked out with hands tied behind their back.
7. Euro reality will likely cause out flows of US dollar reserves buy individuals and countries the world over.
8. No business case to upgrade from PIII to P4. The upgrade cycle has ended for the forseeable future.
9. The economy is the market. Market declines and lack up investment gains will finally wake up boomers to the sad state of their retirement plans. Negative savings rate will reverse and cut a minimum of 4% of GDP.
10. Negative real rates. Interest rates pushed to record lows by desperate fed will cause all sorts of problems world wide. We will continue to be punished for the insane misallocation of capital, that we have seen over the past few years.
11. Argentina fallout. Who's next? Brazil? Japanese Banks?
12. More ENE stories. JPM? who's holding all the bad debt? Will money market funds get into trouble in 2002?

that's enough for now. looking forward to a good new years eve party. As negative as my out look on the markets and the economy is I don't feel negative at all. I am very positive on my gold and silver holdings. I am confident that we will win the war against terrorism. I am confident that with hard work and a good rinse we can come out the other side strong with a good standard of living.

Happy New Year to all.

God Bless America,

Bambs
