When a madman like OBL with 100's of millions of dollars, funds and builds a terrorist network like Al Quaida, and the nuclear genie is out of the bottle, this is a very very serious situation. The consequences are ALL BAD. Certain enemy, rogue and collapsed states have nuclear weapons capability, and are rife with idealogical and religious zealots, organized criminals, monied terrorists etc. You are damned right that I am hopeful that no suitcase sized nuclear weapons have landed on North American soil or anywhere in the free world or have moved from their places of safe keeping.
