Robert Martin Announces His Election to the Board of Directors of Digital Descriptor Systems, Inc.
Honolulu, Hawaii - Monday, December 31, 2001 - Mr. Robert Martin today announced his election to the Board of Directors of Digital Descriptor Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:DDSI). Mr. Martin was elected to the Board of Directors on December 11, 2001, after having been named to chair the company’s Advisory Committee in November.
As a long time shareholder of DDSI, Mr. Martin joined the Board of Directors with the goal of increasing stockholder value, assisting the company in its efforts to secure stronger, less dilutive funding opportunities, and providing management with a shareholder’s perspective as they move forward.
Mr. Martin made the following comment regarding this announcement: “I joined the Board of Directors of DDSI to voice, protect, and address the concerns of the shareholders of this company, specifically in the areas of funding and lowering operating expenses.
