CDDD Lottery
I'll admit it, CDDD is a lottery play. What we're anxiously waiting for is the closing of the new financing deal, which is supposed to close by the end of today, December 31, 2001. $15,000,000.00. Hopefully the signature is going on the fat check, and the check will be handed over to C3D within the next couple of hours. That's the rocket fuel that will send CDDD to $2.00.
If the cash **doesn't** get delivered to C3D, then we have another Challenger incident on our hands, and there will be great moaning and gnashing of teeth. Boo hoo, bah humbug.
It's a lottery, folks.
My very, very strong feelings are that C3D will indeed get the cash. CDDD longs will end up winning this lottery.
I'd sure like to see the PR, however, before I start popping the champagne corks tonight.
But, alas, I just called C3D Investor Relations, and, while the financing deal is on track and closing as scheduled, there won't be any PR until at least this coming Wednesday.
So...., enjoy your New Years celebrations tonight, basically knowing that CDDD is on track for a magnificent, spectacular January Effect, as I've been predicting all along.
CDDD's rocket fuel is on the way.
