Yes, I agree the $1M given to me is most likely for the calendar year. Do you happen to know how many convertible preferred shares are out there and what the conversion terms are? I know there are no warrants thus far. Just don't want to see major dilution problems in the future. I see very little selling the past few days and bought a small position today (I know I should probably have waited until I get the investor packet). The prospects for Lenox are very good. Lenox will definitely get more following in the weeks and months ahead if more orders come in and revenues ramp up as expected. I, for one, will consider adding to my position as I watch the story develop. Strong fundamentals will always drive a stock. A NASDAQ listing will really help - hopefully, it will happen in 1997.
