Re: [8 million chips =] Still bad yields or they'd be well above that Intel spends 9.5 times what AMD does on its FABs. Deduct 1.5x for flash. (FASL's capacity is about the size of AMD's CPU capacity, but let's deduct 1.5 instead of 1). So Intel should be shipping more than 64 million parts this quarter, or else they are experiencing "bad yields," eh?
