Islam as practiced has specifically persecuted Jews both in the latter stages of the Koran, and then specifically in 1246AD a ruling specified that since the Jewish Messiah did not appear within 500 years of Mohammed, Jews either had to convert or be killed. This persecution is very much part of Islamic theorey and history. It caused Jews to flee the Islamic portions of Spain before the Spanish Inquisition in the north. In additon, Islamic laws have been used to force Jews in Yemen (every Jew) to clean sewers each week, and only be allowed to ride on donkey's. The same was true of Islamic law in Ottoman Israel. Read the Koran and you will see, it is not as you claim.

I think you are looking at the Koran through eyes that are drastically different than mine. When I was in the army, a military plain was forced to land in Saudi Arabia for repairs. Everyone except me was allowed off the plane, except for me (I am Jewish) because Jews are not allowed to ruin the land of Saudi Arabia by stepping on Saudi soil. No country represents Islamic law more than Saudi Arabia. I rest my case. Prove to me that the Koran is free of anti-Jewish and Christian remarks. Show me the context the the quotes I've seen are taken out of so as to make them sound rascist.
